CutiVerse Membership Terms
These terms apply to members of CutiVerse brands including IRIS and MELOMELO. By registering and using membership services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Membership and account management
1.1 Registration
- Members must provide genuine personal information. False identities or impersonating others are prohibited.
- Each member may register only one account. Registering repeatedly under different identities to bypass purchase limits or obtain benefits is prohibited.
- Annual membership fees paid on registration or renewal support system operations and are non-refundable.
1.2 Account use
- Accounts are for the member's own use only and may not be lent, shared or transferred.
- Making purchases, earning points or using membership benefits on behalf of others is prohibited. Related transactions and benefits will be cancelled for violations.
1.3 Misconduct
- CutiVerse may suspend or terminate membership if unusual transaction behavior is detected, such as mass account registrations in a short period or abnormal purchases.
- Using technical means such as scripts or plug-ins to undermine the fairness of the membership system will result in account blocking and cancellation of all benefits.
2. Benefits and usage rules
2.1 Points and discounts
- Membership points, coupons and discounts are for the member's own use only and may not be transferred, gifted or sold.
- For malicious point accumulation, such as large purchases followed by refunds within a short period, or benefit abuse, CutiVerse may adjust or cancel points or refuse benefits.
2.2 Events and exclusive offers
- Exclusive member events and benefits must be used according to official announcements. Resale, transfer or exchange for cash through unofficial channels is prohibited.
- Some offers have usage limits. CutiVerse may revoke eligibility if multiple accounts are used to bypass these limits.
3. Violations and penalties

If you are banned or refused service for violating the rules of a business or organization under CutiVerse, your membership will be cancelled immediately and your points and redemption vouchers will become invalid immediately.
