About this cafe
MeloMelo Cafe&Bar (MELO) is a CutiVerse maid cafe near Taipei Main Station. Pink and grey walls, a rose wall, a small stage and a long counter set the scene for Japanese ryousangata, jirai-kei and playful little-devil styles.
Enjoy food and drinks, and get to know the maids through conversations about today's outfits, favourite music or everyday life. You can also order an instant photo as a keepsake. Themed events on selected dates offer something new to look forward to on your next visit.

How do I get to MELO from Taipei Main Station?
Head to the shopping area south of Zhongxiao West Road. Follow signs for the Station Front Metro Mall's Z area and take exit Z8, then walk toward Huaining Street and Section 1 of Kaifeng Street. MELO is on the second floor of No. 20, Section 1, Kaifeng Street, so look upstairs rather than just at ground-floor shops.
Open mapWhat if it is my first visit and I do not know any maids?
You do not need to learn names beforehand. Just say, “It is my first visit. Could you introduce the maids working today?” You can also browse the profiles on this page and check the published schedule of someone you would like to meet.
Does the stage mean there is a performance at every meal?
Performances depend on the date and event; they do not run throughout every opening period. Check store events for a performance you would like to see before planning your visit. On a regular visit, you can start with food, conversation and instant photos.

A smile or peace sign is a good start. You can also ask for a pose that suits the day's outfit or theme. Choose the person and photo option first, then discuss any props or poses you have in mind.
Can minors or young children visit?
There is no age restriction for entry to MELO or IRIS. We recommend that minors discuss their plans and budget with a parent, and that young children visit with a parent or guardian.
Can I take photos and share my visit?
You may photograph food, the interior, yourself and companions who agree to be photographed. Please do not take your own photos of the maids; choose the store's instant-photo service instead. Avoid other guests and staff, including reflections in mirrors or glass, and keep walkways clear without disturbing other diners.
Can I record video, audio or livestream?
Please obtain the store's consent before recording video or audio, or livestreaming. Do not independently record maids, staff, other guests or their conversations; follow the agreed scope when permission is given. Media interviews, brand promotion and commercial shoots require advance discussion of purpose, date, group size and content. Personal accounts of your visit that follow the photo rules do not need a separate commercial-shoot application.
